BELOIT, Wis. (WTVO) — Willie E. Bland has been charged in a shooting that took place in Beloit on Wednesday night.
According to the Beloit Police Department, at 10:03 p.m., a victim called to report they had been shot in the hand and hip. Police said the shooting happened in the 1800 block of Wisconsin Avenue.
