Shreveport woman wanted for felony theft arrested

SHREVEPORT, La. — A Shreveport woman sought in a theft investigation has been arrested.

SPD detectives got an arrest warrant on Tuesday for Rachel Hill. A news release Wednesday morning stated she was wanted on a charge of felony theft. By that afternoon, Hill was in custody after turning herself in at Caddo Correctional Center.

Hill is charged in connection with a January investigation in which she is accused of stealing more than $11,000 worth of property, including men’s and women’s clothing, jewelry, purses, and other personal items from a house on Piper Drive, where she had previously been a guest…
