The Signorelli Company is getting a head start on the buzz, kicking off pre-leasing for a new 20-acre social hub called The Village Green inside the Marketplace district at Valley Ranch in New Caney. The planned centerpiece is set to bring about 190,000 square feet of retail and 40,000 square feet of office space, wrapped around patios, cafes, boutiques and wellness-focused spots. Construction across the broader Marketplace is expected to start this summer, with the first buildings projected to open in the fourth quarter of 2027.
