SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The Jacobson Plaza Skate Ribbon remains closed Wednesday.
According to a post on the Sioux Falls Parks and Rec Facebook, the team is removing debris that has accumulated on the Ribbon due to the high winds.

Removing the debris before adding additional ice will make a smooth skating surface, they posted.
