City of Cincinnati sues to close Downtown bar after violence, other problems

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The City of Cincinnati and the state of Ohio are suing a Downtown bar and its owner to try to shut it down due to a pattern of violence outside and other issues, FOX19 NOW has confirmed.

The lawsuit against In Between Tavern at Third and Sycamore streets and its owner, Darren Wilkins, was filed Thursday in a Hamilton County court, Cincinnati Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney tells FOX19 NOW.
