(WJET/WFXP)– Four people, including three siblings, are facing felony drug and corrupt organization charges for an alleged operation from Detroit to northwestern Pennsylvania, Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Thursday.
Sunday announced felony drug charges for 25-year-old twins Davon and Davion Johnson, along with 31-year-old Keshawn Johnson and 32-year-old Kelsey Parks, all of New Castle, Pennsylvania, accusing the four of moving drugs from Detroit, Michigan, to Erie and Lawrence counties.

Sunday said investigators had been surveilling the suspected drug trafficking from Detroit to both counties and stopped two cars driving into New Castle from Michigan on February 16 where arrest were made and an undisclosed amount of cocaine was seized.
According to court records, Davion Johnson was arrested that day while Davon and Parks were arrested the next day. Sunday said charges against more people are expected as the investigation continues.
Court records show Davon and Davion Johnson and Parks are all in custody and being held in the Lawrence County Prison, while Sunday said Keshawn Johnson is still at large. Davon and Davion are being held on $100,000 bail while Parks is being held on $50,000 bail…
