An Adams County man supplied the drugs that caused a woman to fatally overdose alone in his truck in November during 40-degree weather, police said in court documents filed this month.
Fairfield resident Jacob Bowman, 42, told Kimberly Hobbs’ family that he gave her part of a capsule of drugs to ingest on Nov. 16 in Carroll Valley, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Pennsylvania State Police.
“I gave her a little tiny bit, not much at all,” Bowman said during the recorded conversation, according to police. “She did like next to nothing; I hardly gave her any.”…
