MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department has arrested and charged a man accused of firing shots at another driver.
According to the affidavit, on Feb. 15, Khalil Salti, 23, followed the victim in a white 2023 Toyota Camry.
Salti chased the victim, and then fired a shot from a black handgun while pursuing him.
