PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — Less than 24 hours after Local 10 News began asking questions about her role, Ashley Sikora, the legislative assistant to Pembroke Park Mayor Geoffrey Jacobs, was placed on administrative leave with pay, effective Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026.
The Town of Pembroke Park confirmed the move is part of an ongoing internal investigation. Town Public Information Officer Joe Donzelli told Local 10 News:
“The Town initiated an internal investigation into the concerns you identified in your email. The employee in question has been placed on administrative leave with pay until the completion of the investigation. At this time, we are unable to provide additional details, as this is still an open investigation and any additional comments could jeopardize the investigatory process.”…
