HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — An Horry County man is facing multiple charges after allegedly making $90,000 worth of transactions with “proceeds from unlawful activity,” according to state authorities.
Frank Jay Sisco Jr., 37, was arrested on Tuesday by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and charged with knowingly attempting or conducting a financial transaction with proceeds from unlawful activity; four counts of forgery, with a value $10,000 or more; and four counts of obtaining goods under false pretenses, with a value of $10,000 or more.
