A Leesburg woman was arrested after allegedly punching her boyfriend twice during an argument started at Wawa.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the area of Griffin Road and Norman Street at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. Upon arrival, they met with 37-year-old Alicia Lachole Blue and her off-and-on boyfriend of three and a half years, also the father of their 10-month-old baby.
The boyfriend advised that they had gotten into an argument at Wawa, located at 1400 W North Blvd., that continued to where they were now. He was sitting in the driver’s seat of his vehicle when the verbal dispute escalated into a physical altercation. Blue had come up to his window and reached through to punch him twice on the left side of his face, the report said
However, Blue stated she felt threatened when her boyfriend approached her and punched him for that reason. She later admitted they initially walked away from each other, but she went back while he was seated to punch him, the report said…
