LINCOLN, R.I. (WJAR) — Witnesses described the chaotic scene outside of Marshall’s in Lincoln Tuesday night after gunshots were fired.
“It was like a pop, and then a pop pop, and that’s when we ducked,” said Jenna Altieri, a witness. “It was really chaotic because we saw everyone running, and we were like what is happening.”
