Nearly two months later, police say they’ve made an arrest.
Malik Proctor Vasquez, 18, of Arlington, was taken into custody on Thursday, Feb. 19, and charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle, reckless handling of a firearm, and carrying a concealed firearm.
