TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz is calling the $20 million put into the Shovel Ready Sites Fund for development projects a “game-changer.”
The mayor announced the legislation this week that would assist the purchase and preparations sites now so they can quickly attract new businesses and housing later. And, he says Toledoans won’t be footing the bill.
