BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Convicted murderer David Keith Rogers isn’t close to starting another retrial to determine whether he’ll be sentenced to death or life without parole.
Court records show a hearing Wednesday to schedule a retrial date was postponed to mid-August.
