Nor’easter could hit Delaware, I-95 corridor. Latest snow forecast

Delaware is looking at the potential of facing the effects of a nor’easter Sunday, Feb. 22, through Monday, Feb. 23.

While the storm’s potential is still highly uncertain, according to the National Weather Service, the First State’s forecast is calling for snow to start in the early hours of Sunday, Feb. 22, switch to rain and snow in the morning and switch again to snow in the afternoon and last until 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23.

“An East Coast storm could develop as soon as Sunday [Feb. 22], but the track of this potential nor’easter isn’t yet determined, leaving impacts such as snow, rain, wind and coastal flooding uncertain from New England to the mid-Atlantic states,” said Weather.com meteorologist Jonathan Erdman in a Feb. 18 online forecast…
