The Wilmington DMV facility at Hessler Boulevard, where a Delaware State Police trooper was shot to death December 23rd, will reopen March 10th – service will be by appointment only.
Trooper Ty Snook was on overtime duty at the facility when a man came in and shot him. The suspect was shot and killed by a responding officer. The DMV branch has been closed since then.
