Partners at a modular construction firm supporting the rapid national expansion of 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee are involved in a legal dispute over allegations of embezzlement exceeding $2 million.Ron Crume has filed a lawsuit alleging Lee Loveall diverted more than $2 million in company funds for personal expenses, including family vacations to Hawaii and the purchase of a truck for his son. The complaint alleges Loveall concealed the transactions and blocked access to Creative Modular Construction’s records, IT systems and financial backups, preventing an accounting of losses.
Loveall’s wife, Leanna Loveall, a former employee of Creative Modular Construction (CMC) with access to its financial systems, is also named as a defendant.
On Feb. 9, a circuit judge in Greene County, Missouri, issued an injunction barring the Lovealls from altering or destroying company records and ordered them to provide the plaintiff access to those records…
