PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A Valley family is demanding that hospitals do more to listen to parents when they express concerns about their children’s care—a plea born from their own devastating loss five years ago.
Gary and Diana Feldman watched a recent news story about a wrongful death lawsuit against Abrazo Health and saw their own experience reflected back at them. Like the family in that case, their 25-year-old son died after being discharged from an Abrazo hospital’s emergency room despite their pleas to keep him admitted.
