Police identify four people arrested during Portland City Hall protest

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland police released the identities and charges for four people arrested Thursday night after refusing to leave a city council meeting.

According to Portland police, officers responded to City Hall just before 6:30 p.m. after security reported that someone had crossed the dais and confronted the council members.
