Everyone Village is planning to build affordable housing in a way that meshes with the Eugene nonprofit’s mission to help people exiting homelessness achieve independence and recovery.
When the project is finished, a swath of about 100 tiny homes will be built at the nonprofit’s site, which now has 70 individual shelter huts and another 10 units for people who are recovering from hospital stays.
