ALBANY — The city’s forlorn, squalid bus station is on the way out.
In its stead could be a “multi-modal transit station” at the site of the former South End Grocery store at 106 S. Pearl St., according to the glossy planning document outlining the best uses for the $200 million in state funds appropriated for Albany last year.
