An experienced baker is helping bring a new bakery concept to the area.
From their social media, Morning Star Bakery and Cafe is a new concept set to arrive at 1070 Ghent Road, Suite 210 in Akron. This is just west of the Summit Mall. General manager and chef Sarah Carcioppolo told What Now Columbus the estimated opening date right now is April 17.
The new concept will be more of an upscale bakery, serving both breakfast and lunch. With healthy ingredients, some of the items to be served include breakfast sandwiches, grain bowls and salads. On the baked goods side, fresh bread, croissants, Danishes and pastries will be on display…
