AIKEN, S.C. (WJBF) – The City of Aiken is beginning signal work at the intersection of Whiskey Road (SR19) and Oak Grove Road/East Gate Drive next week.
According to the city, work is starting Monday, Feb. 23 as part of the Powderhouse Phase I – Tribute Parkway Project.
