CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Interstate 526 closed at the Westmoreland Bridge on Thursday due to a concrete truck spilling its load, according to the Charleston Police Department.
All lanes heading westbound on I-526 near mile marker 12, just past the Glenn McConnell Parkway, were closed.
