SC boutique owner’s 9th arrest involved allegations of not shipping, returning $200 of items in Richland County

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The owner of a South Carolina children’s boutique facing charges in five other counties added Richland County to that list this week.

Authorities said 30-year-old Pamela Brooke Schronce was booked at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on Thursday for a count of obtaining property under false pretenses.

She appeared for a bond hearing on Thursday and was granted a $2,125 bond. Schronce was held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center until Friday, when she was picked up and booked at the Greenwood County Detention Center on similar charges there.
