OHIO — A Canton woman is facing multiple charges after police say she struck an officer during a domestic disturbance investigation and later damaged property at the Stark County Jail.
Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance on Feb. 16 in the 3rd Street SW area. According to a police report, Jade Cain and her boyfriend, Alan King, had previously been involved in issues at the residence.
When officers arrived, they encountered King’s mother outside the home, where she spoke with police about ongoing problems involving the couple. Authorities said Cain and King then exited the residence, and Cain began arguing with family members shortly afterward…
