DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A new memorandum of understanding (M.O.U.) could soon bring inmates from Franklin County to the Dauphin County Prison. The M.O.U. between Franklin and Dauphin Counties would allow for some prisoners to be taken to Dauphin County depending on certain circumstances.
Dauphin County Prison has dealt with staffing shortages in past, but county commissioner Justin Douglas says that this agreement does not cause him any concern.
