HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — A Huntsville pastor has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for embezzling more than $430,000 from his congregation and filing false tax returns, authorities said Friday.
United States District Judge Liles C. Burke handed down a 60-month prison term for Adrian Derrell Davis, 42, who pleaded guilty in October 2025 to wire fraud and filing a false tax return.
According to court documents, Davis, the pastor at All Nations Worship Assembly, used church funds between 2018 and 2020 to make personal purchases, including luxury cars, jewelry, and high-end retail items. Records show Davis bought a 2018 Audi A7, a 2016 GMC Yukon, and made over $300,000 in payments to his personal American Express cards.
