GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) — An empty lot in downtown Greenville could potentially house a new office, retail, and restaurant space.
The city’s Design Review Board approved plans, with conditions, for an eight-story building on East Court Street next to the headquarters of Prisma Health and Lima One Capital.
Officials have not yet announced a construction timeline.
