NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Over 2,000 people in Newport News were without power Thursday morning, but service has been restored.
Warwick Boulevard and Christopher Newport University were among the affected areas, according to Dominion Energy’s online outage map.
The map did not list a cause for the outage at this time, but it had estimated restoration between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Before 9 a.m., power was back on in the impacted areas…
