MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Established in 1776, Montgomery County is one of two localities in the Commonwealth of Virginia that celebrates its 250th anniversary this year.
The county shares its semiquincentennial birth year with the entire United States of America. This month, the county also shares a Black History Month celebration with the country.
