Homelessness Response Report: Maps highlight citywide response; cleanup completed in River District

The City’s Incident Management Team (IMT) received 578 calls for service last week and responded by engaging people experiencing homelessness, offering services and shelter options, and ensuring compliance with City laws and ordinances.

From Feb. 9-15, the IMT responded to 624 unique locations, including a large encampment along a levee in the River District.

Staff from the Department of Community Response, the Sacramento Police Department’s IMPACT Team, and other agencies worked together to conduct outreach, remove debris and ensure the bike trail remained safe and accessible to the public.
