Hometown Health: Back pain prevention, expert tips to reduce your risk of injury

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Back pain affects up to 80% of people at some point in their lives and is a leading cause of job-related disability in the U.S. The condition can lead to missed workdays and significantly impact quality of life.

Dr. Trishul Kapoor with the Center for Spine Health & Pain Management at Cleveland Clinic said people can take steps now to reduce their risk of developing back pain.
