TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WFLA)— A Florida Highway Patrol trooper died while participating in training at the FHP Training Academy on Wednesday.
Trooper Michael Diego suffered a medical emergency while participating in a competitive process for the Patrol’s Criminal Interdiction Unit at the academy.
