The Ashwaubenon library branch is up for sale as the new library space inches closer to its opening date.
The county listed the 8,000-square-foot building on Orlando Drive for sale this month at $695,000. The facility was built in 1977.
The Ashwaubenon library is moving to a newly renovated facility half a mile away at The Promenade, 2305 San Luis Place. The library will share the space with Woodside Senior Communities.
