The successor to the beloved Rivera’s, Santoro opened at 8601 West Dodge Road in May of 2024 to rave reviews. Those who long loved the predecessor were happy to have Jesus Rivera back at the helm while experiencing new concepts from the Omaha food star.
His rise to Omaha celebrity chef status started in Grisanti’s kitchen, where he was initially hired as a dishwasher.
