TULSA, Okla. — Black Rodeo USA returned for its second year during Black History Month, drawing families, students and longtime rodeo fans from across the region to Tulsa.
“It’s like an adrenaline rush. It’s something you’ve never felt before,” said attendee Paris Hemphill.
