TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man is facing charges, and a pedestrian is fighting for their life following a crash near Palo Verde and Irvington in Pima County late Thursday, Feb. 19.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said the accident happened on Palo Verde, just north of Irvington Road.
