Asheboro man says $60,000 camper plagued by leaks, leveling issues on first trip

RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — A Randolph County man says his $60,000 camper was supposed to mark the start of stress-free travel — but instead, it turned into weeks and then months of frustration and repeated repairs.

Buddy Martin purchased the travel trailer with plans to hit the road soon after. He said the dealership kept the camper for about two months, repairing it before he was able to hitch it to his truck and pull it home.
