A Dillsburg daycare worker has been cited after surveillance footage allegedly showed her shoving a 1-year-old’s head onto a nap mat multiple times and striking the child’s back, according to Carroll Township police. The incident, police paperwork states, took place on Dec. 18, 2025, at Little Dreams Learning Center on Ore Bank Road in Dillsburg. The worker named in the citation is 21-year-old Sydney Ramsey-Bennett of Mechanicsburg, who was cited for harassment/acts to annoy.
