BATTLE CREEK, MI — A vacant Kmart site in Battle Creek is set for a $30.5 million redevelopment into a mixed-use hub for apartments and child care.
The governor’s office announced the project on Thursday, Feb. 19, as it’s giving $5 million to support construction and redevelopment.
