Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – Snow could begin covering highways across central Pennsylvania before sunrise Sunday, with up to 8 inches possible in the higher terrain before the storm tapers late Monday night.
According to the National Weather Service in State College, a Winter Storm Watch is in effect from late Saturday night through Monday afternoon for Dauphin, Schuylkill, Lebanon, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.
