LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A Lancaster County man was charged after allegedly firing shots into a building with people in it.
According to the Columbia Borough Police Department, James Walter Howard, 68, of Columbia, allegedly discharged a firearm into an occupied structure in the 200 block of South Fifth Street in Columbia Borough in the early morning of February 6.
No one was injured in the incident…
