Today, Acting United States Attorney Kevin Davidson announced the sentencing of a Hope Hull man for his role in stealing firearms from a federally licensed firearms dealer in Montgomery.
Last week, a federal judge sentenced 22-year-old Ethan Daniel Turner to 70 months in federal prison. Following his term of imprisonment, Turner will serve three years of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.
According to Turner’s plea agreement and other court records, just after midnight on June 29, 2025, law enforcement officers responded to a burglary alarm at a sporting goods store on North Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery.
