Mattison’s, the family of restaurant and catering brands helmed by Executive Chef Paul Mattison, appears to be expanding to its fifth location. The family comprises two brands: Mattison’s Forty-One, located at 7275 S Tamiami Trail (the address that also houses Mattison’s Catering), and Mattison’s City Grille, which has locations in Downtown Sarasota, at Bradenton Riverwalk, and at the SRQ Airport.
Now, plan review paperwork submitted by Mattison’s 41, LLC shows a new Mattison’s, called “Mattison’s at Valencia Lakes,” opening at 16003 Valencia Club Dr.
