A chemical leak inside a commercial building in West Toledo forced a temporary shelter-in-place order for about 90 minutes Friday morning.
Emergency crews responded to a hazardous materials incident at the Sofo Foods facility at 253 Waggoner Blvd. about 9:15 a.m. Friday.
