Man sentenced for tampering with evidence in August shooting

TOLEDO, Ohio — A Lucas County judge sentenced a man to 30 months in prison on Thursday for tampering with evidence in an August shooting that left a 69-year-old Toledo man dead.

Common Pleas Judge Lori Olender handed down the sentence to Marlon Henderson, 45, for the third-degree felony charge with credit for 184 days already served in jail. She also ordered two years of discretionary post-release control.
