CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Z102.9 will host its annual Gown Town prom pop-up shop from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at a new location, Noelridge Christian Church, 7111 C Ave. NE.
The event offers high school students free prom attire, including dresses, shoes, jewelry and accessories. All items are distributed at no cost.
