TOWN OF ROCK – The caregiver of a 25-year-old disabled town of Rock man is facing multiple charges for alleged physical abuse of him.
According to a criminal complaint filed Feb. 19 in Rock County Circuit Court, Toya Perez, 49, of Beloit, is facing a total of 14 charges including three felony counts of intentionally subjecting an individual at risk to abuse, causing great bodily harm; eight felony counts of intentionally abusing a patient, causing body harm; and three felony counts of intentionally subjecting an individual at risk to abuse, causing bodily harm.
Combined, the charges could bring Perez up to 84 years in prison and $60,000 in fines…
